HELLO BEAUTIFUL!Hello my lovely readers!I'm so sorry I haven't updated since Friday! But the weekends are always usually hectic on my end; so I've decided to make sure everyone knows my blog will be updated every weekday! And if I'm lucky, even on Saturdays :) ! *SO, how was everyone's WEEKEND? Mine was relaxing, laid-back & GREAT! Me & Marko had a nice weekend to ourselves. We hung out with friends. I did my thing & he did his. He went hiking in the mountains, while I was spoiling myself a bit in the mall ;) ! On Saturday, I did my very first SPA SATURDAY! A Saturday where every women was encouraged to set aside at least an hour of their day to RELAX! Have a warm bath, make a facial, get a mani-pedi! Hopefully one day this can spread into something we can all do, a movement! All women deserve a time out of their busy lives to enjoy themselves! Next Saturday, I hope to see more twitter updates with the official hashtag: #spasaturday For my first Spa Saturday, I took a wonderful hot bath with lavender oil & almond scented bubble suds! It was very relaxing!Next, I put on a clay mask! I love clay masks because it really makes my skin firm & bouncy afterwards. This one was a natural blend clay mask made up of avocado, oatmeal & green tea! It also smelled HEAVENLY! Later that night, I put on a moisturizing homemade mask. It was made up of plain yogurt, honey & lemon juice! It left my skin feeling smooth & juicy!
On Sunday, My friend & I decided to go to the local mall while our men were hiking. The mall SUPERNOVA, was packed even on a Sunday afternoon. Most stores didn't have much of anything, until I stumbled upon a TAKKO FASHION store. A beautiful floral dress, just in time for spring! I LOVE IT!
And it was only 25 bucks! WHAT A STEAL!Next on my spoil list of the day...I decided to buy myself a new HAIR STRAIGHTENER! I've been hot tool free for over 2 months now! I decided it was time to get off the hiatus ;) The 'GRUNDIG HS 3830' hair straightener caught me at first glance! The sleek figure, the shine, the reasonable price! 100% ceramic plates! But I'll talk about it in my next blog post!_________________________I wanted to share a few photos from a mini-photo shoot I had today on the beach, near the palm trees!What do you guys think?*
