Title has been a keen and talented artist ever since he could first hold a pencil. He has been drawing, designing and painting graffiti murals for well over 25 years now and he is also a provider of graffiti workshops within youth groups and schools (I have provided his link at the bottom of this post, if you have any enquiries)
He first picked up a can of spray paint sometime around the mid 80’s and immediately became a part of what is now known as the ‘Old Skool’ graffiti art movement. Painting murals at the weekends while studying art, graphics and print technology throughout the week, he immersed himself in a creative lifestyle.
The above and below photo’s are of a collaboration between Title and two other amazing artists, Kem and Mef. When I first saw this piece, it was a jaw dropping moment. The detail, the size, the colours … Unbelievable!
During the 90′s Title took his artwork away from the streets and onto canvas where he sold some of his work at exhibitions and shows. (He’s even used a variety of other mediums such as acrylics, inks, digital art and even sculpture).
His artwork never ceases to amaze me … Whether it be on a wall or a canvas. When you’ve been doing this for over 25 years I think it’s safe to say that he knows what he’s doing by now!
(A couple of classice canvas pieces that Title displayed at his recent exhibition)
Over the last few years Title has collaborated with many top artists and organisations on various commissioned pieces, events, workshops and other projects and I don’t think he shows any signs that this will ever cease to be his main passion!
(Below photo: You must remember the film “The Warriors” … This is one of “The Baseball Furies”. If you don’t know the film then you should certainly download it, rent it, whatever, either way you now have reason to watch a classic.)
