I love Thanksgiving food, but making a big meal and feeding a large group of people is not one of my skill sets. Fortunately, I happen to be married to a terrific cook who handles most of the meal! Regardless of how good the "chef" is in your house, though, there are always times when things don't work out perfectly. The turkey's undercooked; the Jell-O doesn't set; the rolls get burned. It's all part of the fun when it comes to making Thanksgiving dinner. I recently read a post from Brett of This Mama Loves sharing her thoughts on Thanksgiving dinner and how to avoid a holiday disaster. I encourage you to check it out!
