Even though snow is outside right now, we know eventually the sunshine is coming and we need to tone up our bods for when the clothes start coming off. BarreConcept's ballet barre workout is our favorite new exercise. We love it because it is only twenty five minutes long but, with lots of isometric pulses, you can feel the burn all over. You don't need any ballet experience to do this workout as all the moves are easily explained. We use a kitchen island in place of the barre but you can also use a high table or back of a chair. Work it gurl. Who doesn't want a dancer's body?
