Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Thuppaki which released recently for Diwali and got a super hit talk from morning show is going to be remade in Hindi now.
The film will be remade in Hindi by director AR Murugadoss himself and it will star Akshay Kumar in the lead. Parineeti Chopra has been roped in as heroine. Vipul Shah who had made few successful films with Akshay Kumar will be producing the film.
Regular shooting of the film is expected to begin from December. The thing to be noted here is that Akshay Kumar had agreed to star in the film even before the Tamil version of the film had started its shooting. He could not shoot simultaneously as he was busy with many prior commitments.
