If you are looking for a fun mix of jazz, funk, and bass then Thundercat's sophomore album, Apocalypse will be just for you. The artist, producer, and friend of Flying Lotus has struck gold with some of the songs he previously leaked out from the record and it is no surprise that the entire collection is solid. It was also co-produced and co-written by FlyLo and Mono/Poly as well, who give it that extra spice to make this one cohesive record. This will be out June 4th and shouts to NPR for the early stream.
