A few highlights of the past month as seen on Instagram which serves as my unofficial food diary and love letter to NYC. I've been using Instagram Stories more lately and sharing things like my new haircut, what I'm cooking, double rainbows, etc. Summer is in full effect so I've been getting out more.
- I always have to stop and admire the cool winding staircase whenever I stop by Barney's New York in Chelsea
- I love spotting cool fire escapes which are such a integral part of the urban architecture of the city
- This simple roasted kale and potato with dijon vinaigrette dish is so easy to whip up and a current lunch favorite
- Yes there is greenery in NYC and Central Park is one of the best places to go enjoy it
- I broke my sugar ban for the matcha tangerine swirl soft serve at Cha Cha Matcha which tastes like an orange Creamsicle
- The Empire State Building lit up in rainbow colors in celebration of Pride Week
- Jewel box sushi that looks as artful as it is delicious
- Totally loving my Nike Air Max Thea Flyknit Sneakers
- Floral beauty in the garden downstairs
