Thrift Shopping

By Paolabuitrago @PaolaKassa

I haven’t actually blogged in forever. I know, it’s horrible – but I’ve been doing a lot of other good, productive things. Mostly I’m working on YouTube, and I’m loving it. I want to use this as my outlet for writing about fashion, and mentioning topics that are on my channel.

So this week I went thrift shopping. It was sort of a challenge for myself, I wanted to see if I could create cute outfits based off of thrifted pieces. I would consider it a success! The Goodwill I went to is amazing. It had so much stuff!

So here is what I ended up buying:

This blazer is a few sizes too big, and it had ridiculous shoulder pads, but I cut those out and am wearing it as an oversized, slouchy look with a romper.

The jumpsuit was thrifted, and I put it together with some clothes I already had to create a night out look. I felt very Miami.

This sweater is so comfortable! I threw it on with some skinny jeans and it looks way more expensive than the actual price.

This dress was only about $3, and it fits perfectly! I paired it with a shirt for a more grunge effect. I can’t wait to wear it in the summer too.

Hopefully this will inspire you to check out more thrift stores! Sometimes the best pieces are found there.
