1. I've discovered how to make fried rice and it's now my favorite lazy meal. I use microwave rice, chop up whatever veggies I have in the fridge, throw it all into the frypan with an egg, some oil, a pit of stock powder, a splash of soy sauce and that's it. Cook for five minutes and dinner is ready. Quicker than take-away and healthy.

2. To my great relief, school holidays are here. Yay! No more stressful mornings.

3. Yesterday we celebrated my Aunt and Uncles 50th wedding anniversary. What an amazing achievement.

4. I also saw some cousins that I haven't seen for over ten years. It was wonderful catching up with everyone.

5. That's all I've got for this week.
