After about 2 years of hard work, the engineers at Festo has created this amazing interactive Kangaroo robot dubbed BionicKangaroo by combining pneumatic and electrical drive technology to produce a highly dynamic system. BionicKangaroo can hop and land pretty smoothly, much like a real Kangaroo, thanks to its stable jump kinematics and the control technology. According to Festo, this robot kangaroo can be controlled using gesture control armband.
