A few days ago, I brought you the job approval for each president after 365 days in office (from fivethirtyeight.com). It showed Trump trailing all other presidents since World War II.
This time I bring you the Gallup Poll. It's a little different, showing the average job approval for elected president over their first full year in office. But the results are the same, with Donald Trump trailing all the other presidents. For the first year in office, no other president has been as unpopular as Donald Trump.
The poll was done from January 2017 to January 2018 of a random national sample of 175,710 adults, and has a margin of error of only 1 point.
