We’re pretty infatuated with the dirty rock of The Wytches around here — with grungy guitar as creative as theirs, it would be silly not to follow their every move. It’s paying off too. After a scene stealing run down at SXSW, the UK band is all the more active, now announcing a tour and releasing a sick music video for the track “Robe for Juda”. The video matches the kinetic energy and throwback sound of the track, featuring the band on a little school stage putting on a super lo-fi play with even lower-fi video. It also shows off their exceptionally energetic live show, which is awesomely loud and absolutely must be seen. Catch them when they tour with Cloud Nothings and METZ, aka, the best bill ever.
