Being in New York has its obvious upsides, but sometimes letting a band from California take you on a mini-vacation to the West Coast is just what you need to get through the week. Hot on the heels of their three beyond-catchy singles, Coast Modern is coming to Rough Trade Brooklyn via Los Angeles on June 16 to do just that. The indie pop duo, along with self-proclaimed “next wave” band, Strange Names, and electronic solo artist, Ryan Egan, will grace the stage at Rough Trade at 8pm to give you a mix of blissful electro-pop that will keep you moving late into the night.
