This past Sunday we held a huge shindig at a great restaurant my husband’s brother works at called E.B. Elliot’s. It’s here on Long Island at the Nautical Mile, a great place near the water to go out and have a great time at.
Nearly all of Alex’s family and friends were there, as well as my sister, mom, and my bestest gal Jodie with her son RJ. Of course she gifted me some amazing shots to remember for the rest of our lives.

We had a fabulous time and we are so glad that everyone came. I feel really blessed to be a part of such a great and loving family. After the horrors my mom and I went through with my father’s family, I feel like I could not be part of a better family that is so welcoming and supportive. I can happily say that I look forward and certainly do not dread spending time with my in-laws
BIG NEWS! – Our wedding was featured in a New York Times article! We had our ceremony recorded and made into a little video that goes along with a blurb about us in the article. It is very surreal to see ourselves on a big name journalistic medium such as the Times – something to keep forever for sure!
