The Viceroy Hotelis designed by one of my all time favorite designersKelly Wearstler.It is a small luxury boutique resortnestled right up agains the mountains
in downtown Palm Springs.
We ate and drankright by the poolin the shade under misters
in a cabana.A true Palm Springs lunching joy!
The Viceroy property also has bungalowsand another small pool.This view right hereis about as iconic Palm Springs poolsideas there is any where to me.

Which is why I love what Kelly did with the Viceroy.It Palm Springs glamour that has
a modern twist
while still respecting the
hotels origins of the 1930's.
I was very happy with my travel and lunchingwardrobe choice of my 'white suit'with my fuchsia DKNY sequin topover my Haute Hippy T shirt.It was pulled together for lunching at the hoteland still pared down tojust an off the shoulder T shirt and shortsfor more casual locations later in the day.
Visiting Triana Turk'siconic Palm Springs storewas on the top of my must do after lunch list!
The store is flooded with natural lightand had my heart racing with so much beauty to check out!I knew I really wanted to leave Palm Springs with at least something trom Trina Turk!
And boy did I!These almost neon paisley paintscalled my name loud and clear!They are a soft jersey with pockets even!And even better …they are long enough for me to wear with heels!Quite a find in my book!
The pants are such a perfect complement to my vintage brooch necklace!They made me fall in love again with the necklace like never before!

I just can't tell you howexcited I get when an outfit comesperfectly together!
