The Verizion Center

By Rpanichelli @Richie_Pan
So, this past Tuesday, January 6th 2009, I took a trip down to the Verizon Center down in Washington, D.C. I went to go see the Flyers play the Capitals. I was shocked to see so many red jerseys simply because I wasn't sure if the Caps had... I mean their best player of all time was Dale Hunter or Craig Berube, LOL. There were a handful of the Orange & Black supporting the Fly Guys for the game. But after our unfortunate loss in a shoot out the shit hit the fan?
My friend Luke, his pop (Rob), Tony Ditomo, and myself were outside of a bathroom in the Verizon Center. Bam! I was hit from behind. I got snuck! So I decided to turn around. Of course it was some punk Caps fans. I gave the dude my evil eye and swung but missed. But the second time he was not so lucky. He got cracked in the side of his head. Wham! Two security guards take me down. In the meantime the same dude that hit me, (the one that security walks away) hit Luke. Then in a fury, Luke threw a nice punch followed by grabbing his collar and giving this ugly Caps fan an incredible uppercut. It might have broken his jaw...
While this was going on, Rob was throwing Caps all over the place trying to keep the peace. And Tony just stood there the whole time in amazement. Luckily for these busted Caps fans security made them walk away. A handful of good Caps fans (they must have known that hockey existed in Washing before Alex Ovechekin) vouched for us stating that we just defended ourselves... and kicked some Washington ass.
