The less politically correct term is illegal immigrant, but the issue is their immigration status. One of the reasons for the laxness is that it is not a crime to be unlawfully present, which it is in most other countries.
Anyway, this video is someone trying to get into Canada to work without proper authorisation.
I support stronger immigration since there definitely needs to be some sort of background check performed on people who want to come here.
