We were hungry! It had been a busy, but fun, day of exploring the many shops in downtown Nashville, Indiana. The Trolley certainly caught our eye!
In shades of red and yellow, The Trolley can’t help but attract attention! This is definitely a kid friendly destination but don’t worry–the food is great for any age.
Hickory Smoke Pork BBQ Sandwiches, Italian Sausage with Grilled Peppers and Onions, and Homemade Sloppy Joe Sandwiches were just a handful of items on the menu during the time of our visit.

Kid #1 is obsessed with Sloppy Joe Sandwiches so he chose that one! Kid #2 wanted the same thing.
I almost forgot to mention the best part of this Indiana town restaurant! The beverages! There’s more than familiar soft drinks and water. The Trolley not only has hot or cold apple cider but orange or lemon shake-ups!
Yes, that fair favorite is available year round–if you happen to be near The Trolley in Nashville, Indiana!
I did get the hot apple cider and it was really good. A perfect addition to a lovely Indiana Autumn day spent in beautiful Brown County, Indiana.
