English indie pop band The Primitives will release their new single I Won't Care on May 17th. It is quite fuzzy, which makes for a nice contrast for vocalist Tracy's relaxed delivery. Guitarist Paul Court handles the vocals on the B-side, Everybody Needs Somebody to Hate, with guitar and percussion straight from the Buddy Holly playbook.
The single is available for pre-order via Happy Happy Birthday to Me Records (cherryred and black vinyl editions) and Rough Trade (yellow vinyl).
