250 g flour
150 g margarine
salt
For the filling
2 bananas
200 g flour
750 ml milk
1 tablespoon butter
3 egg yolks
1 p vanilla
4 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of salt
How to prepare
Mix the flour and the melted margarine to get a soft dough and leave to rest, covered with foil. In a saucepan pour the milk and mix with the flour and sugar. Boil, stirring constantly, and boil until you get a thick cream. Beat the yolks and mix them with the milk, then we add the butter and vanilla and boil again. Allow to cool. The dough is rolled up to get a thickness of about 2 cm, and is spread into a pan with a diameter of 20 cm, thus covering the walls of the vessel. Mix 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons of sugar to spread onto the base to get a Crispy Crust later. The resulting cake is baked in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden. To avoid swelling try to prick with a fork. You may press it with another smaller pan during baking. When baked, leave to cool. Arrange with sliced bananas. Then pour the cream over the base.
