The NYC, Floating, Public Pool.

 Does anyone know if this is happening? I noticed over on, kickstarter, that the monetary goal was met. Seems like a great idea. I've always felt that it must kill you guys to be surrounded by water but unable to just dip into it on a hot summer day.
