The Life Changing Kindle Books You Need To Read!

By Hollysbeautybox @hollysbeautybox
I never used to be all that fussed on reading as a young 'un, but as a twenty something year old woman, reading is a part of my everyday life. I love reading everything from History books, to politics and my guilty pleasure - SELF HELP BOOKS!
The Life Changing Kindle Books You Need To Read!
Some books have literally changed my life, which is why I thought you'd want to hear about The life changing Kindle books you need to read.  It all sounds a little bit cheesy of me, but I know you, yes YOU, reading this will probably download at least one of these books!
1 - Katie Piper - "Beautiful: A beautiful girl. An evil man"
What a story! what a woman! If this was fictional, I would probably still find it 'life changing' but it's all real! this is a true story of a devastating time in Katie's life and she truly empowers her readers just by telling her story. Her strength inspired me and I know that if you read it, you'll feel like a different woman.

2 - Rhonda Byrne - "The Secret"

This one is the one that has had the biggest impact on my life.  The book is all about the Law of Attraction - go on Google it, you'll be fascinated! Oprah Winfrey and Denzel Washington are both big believers amongst hundreds of other celebrities - it works on the power of positive thinking and believing you have all of the things you desire will make those things come to you. It can be anything from good health to happiness to money or finding the man of your dreams. It bliddy works I tells ya! and even if you don't believe in it, it still opens your eyes to a lot of things and is a definite page turner.
3 - Dr Joe Dispenza - "You Are The Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter"
I read this when someone close to me was very unwell and had no other options of care and so wondered if this would make any difference to them.  It wasn't suitable for them in the end up, but as someone who is in good health, this book kind of opened my eyes to certain things.  I wouldn't recommend coming off any precriptions and using this method or anything like that, but in terms of ailments such as pain management and anxiety or depression, this could provide some relief.  I am quite a nervous person and without going into any specifics about myself, I can tell you wholeheartedly that this works.  It's urges you to believe that you are well and to stop concentrating on your problem. As anyone in pain or who has anxiety or depression will tell you, focussing on that pain or anxiety or sadness makes it worse - distraction is key and it helps. Definitely worth a read.
4 - Cameron Diaz - "The Body Book"
I'm not really a celebrity book kind of person but this book appealed to me because it is a no bullshiz approach to Nutrition and health - none of the faff that you usually find in books is in this, it's straight to the point and teaches you scientifically proven facts about nutrition.  Cam also discusses body image and loving your body which normally would put me off, but she writes it in a non "Jesus son of God hear me preach" kind of way.
5 - E.L James - 50 Shades Of Grey.
Just for the LOLZ.
Let me know in the comments below if you have read any life changing Kindle Books that I've missed! I am a woman obsessed with bettering myself so please do let me know!
All My Love
