I have been wanting a tanned leather backpack for a long time. This one is my mothers - I've convinced her to let me borrow it for 2 weeks.

Mother has had the backpack for years, but I had forgotten she owned it. A few years ago when I started watching the Felicity series on Netflix, I became obsessed with finding a backpack like the one she carried. I was able to find one by Madewell that I liked, but it was out of my immediate price range (time to start saving!). For now I'm perfectly content being able to carry around my mothers. It's so buttery soft! Below I've paired some backpacks and sandals that I think go particularly well. My boyfriend picked out the ones I'm wearing, and I think he did an excellent job - and they go so well with my backpack on loan!
