Yo, all! Copied and pasted from BD - please add what you're bringing - coolers and ICE and WATER are always a good thing, and so are extra chairs, if you have any. Baseballs & gloves, cornhole, frisbees...
Here's a summary of everything I know about this year's Gathering, culled from the last Fanpost and various comments.
When: Saturday, August 9. Game time 7:05 PM. People reportedly begin arriving any time from noon onward. The grill will arrive when lfhlaw gets there (I'm hoping he'll show up in the comments).
Where: North Shore Lot 2, As close to General Robinson & whatever street turns into Martindale as possible.

Food(usually dogs (I've got the dogs covered) /burgers) Though last year we had chicken teriyaki on a stick, ribs, Chili i believe, roasted veggies.
Beer, liquor, and condiments (between Brian, Cocktails, and me, I think condiments are covered).
Extra Tables, Chairs are always needed.
Trash bags, paper plate, utensils.
