The Future is Here: Take a Look at the First 3D-Printed Pizza

Spending about $125,000 on a company called Systems and Material Research Corporation, NASA asked them to make a food printer that could print an edible pizza. This is for the benefit of astronauts in space so they can finally eat something other than canned and freeze-dried foods.

According to Inhabitat, the machine only took 70 minutes to cook this pizza. Sure, it doesn’t look as delicious as what you get from take-out but hey, this could be the beginning of the first Pizza delivery business in Space.
