Japanese dreampop band The Fin. sound like they recorded their latest single Afterglow underwater. They must have studied Simon Gallup's bass part religiously, which is a good thing because it gives the track something to hang on to when the rest of the band is busy working their effect pedals and adding echo to the vocals.
