It’s 2:20 a.m. on a Saturday night. Bryan Cranston walks out onto the studio parking lot, a steaming hot shower the only thing on his mind. He jangles a set of keys in his hands as he approaches a mini-van marked by “Breaking Bad” related decal decorating its frame. He then stops dead in his tracks, his keys falling on his leather boots as he realizes that something is amiss. Bryan picks up his keys and approaches his car. His shoulder bag is missing from the passenger’s seat and is replaced with a folded note. He opens the door and picks up the scrap of paper. He unfolds it and reads its content.
“If you don’t give me what I need, I will upload the Breaking Bad finale script as a PDF file on-line.
Also, I will kill your daughter. -X”
Bryan crumples the note in his hand into a ball, his fist clenched in fury. He tosses the note into the night air, takes out his dual six shooters from his holsters and discharges a barrage of rounds into the letter while laughing like a lunatic.
I wish that was what happened. I’m not even sure if Cranston has a daughter.
According to MoviePilot, a guy named Xavier McAfee (definitely not the heir to the McAfee computer protection company) smashed one of the window and stole Bryan Cranston’s shoulder bag containing his iPad and the finale script. Then they got a tip from an anonymous source who said the guy was bragging about this feat in a bar of all places. Judging from his actions, I was able to formulate a composite sketch of the culprit.
Damn you, Badger. Goddamn you. While Xavier was apprehended for the theft, they were unable to recover the script so they’re not sure what he did with it. Hopefully, he only intended on stealing the iPad and used the script to roll joints or something.
