The Cape: Asos Curve

As a plus size lass, I've gotten into the habit of finding fashion that is "flattering" and "slimming". I know that probably sends the wrong message to you when I try to encourage embracing your body as it is, but I'm human and just like you and everyone else in the world, I have insecurities and like to hide the lumpy bumpy bits now and again, which is why I like this cape from Asos Curve so much!

The cape is a deep khaki green and has a hood. I know a lot of you will be thinking I look like Frodo Baggins (a hobbit from that film that a few folks like) and whilst I do look like a Baggins, I also look bang on trend and feel like a winner of life.
The hood is practical, the gaps where the sleeves would normally be are convenient (you can pop your arms back through if you feel cold) and it is the perfect length.
The style is bang on trend and looks just as chic open as it does closed as this has large buttons to fasten.
I teamed the cape with straight hair in a deep parting, a nude lip and peachy blush. I wore a gray jumper, jeggings and a pair of ankle boots too.
Off to the shire I go...
