Canon
Canon is the numero uno of camera making. They have streamlined their production such that other makers take a cue from them. With the new mirrorless EOS R and EOS RP, they are also producing the EOS 1D X Mark III pro-level sports.
Having said that, can we also get to see the updated version of the EOS 5D Mark IV? Only time will answer.
Nikon

Panasonic has never really made a huge mark in the camera market. Though they came out with the powerful full-frame mirrorless S1R and S1, some fireworks can be expected with the new and advanced S1H.

Olympus
Olympus has always been cautious about what they make. With the arrival of the OM-D E-M1X and the TG-6, they are coming up with the new OM-D E-M5 Mark II. Both the cameras are said to be robust and pro-grade.
There are plenty of chances that we can get to see a new Olympus camera by next year.
What we think: Looks like Canon, with its EOS R system, wants to go out all guns blazing in 2020. It does not mean that other makers, like Nikon and Sony, want to be left behind. However, it is safe to say that Canon is the front-runner, at least for now.
