Tetrapulse is a new fast-paced cooperative multiplayer shooter that’s currently being developed for PC, Mac and Linux. Your duty is to team up with your friends or some strangers to defend your home planet from an alien attack. Oh, by the way, did I tell you that you’re an alien too?
“Your planet is under attack by alien robo-bug invaders, but you and your friends have the power to stop them!” Plot of this game is as simple as that. But, the best part is that Tetrapulse has only one ultimate resource, your health. The game uses your health to keep you alive and lets you shoot energy beams to kill enemies at the same time. This is why it’s different from other mainstream coop shooters, you can’t go shooting around in this game like you do in other games because every shot you take comes off your energy.
I just love it when developers take a new approach on games like this. That’s what make it unique. Tetrapulse is perfect for gamers who are tired of mainstream co-op shooters. It’s currently raising funds over at Kickstarter and making a $10 donation will get you a copy of the game as well. Check out the gameplay trailer before you go.
