Tesco Finest Peppermint & Liquorice Tea

I love this Tesco Orchard programme, as this time I got to try the Tesco Finest Peppermint & Liquorice Tea! 

Similar to Tea Pigs, these Tesco FInest Peppermint and Liquorice came in fabric style good quality bags for brewing, we visible peppermint leaves. I love these kind of tea bags, as they infused brilliantly and you know that it’s real! ( If you know what I mean).

Now lets get to taste, the peppermint and liquorice was not overpowering but flavoursome to have a gentle taste of liquorice with the peppermint kick. This tea has a lovely underlying sweetness which you get from a lot of the more expensive brands like Tea Pigs.

On sipping the tea I got a nice refreshing mint flavor and sweetness without adding any sweeteners or sugar. There was actually no artificial taste which you can get in some cheaper teas. I kept the tea bag in the mug for about 2-3 minutes, as directed and brewed to a lovely tasty drink. I would give this tea a strong 9/10!

I also bought the Tesco FInest Vanilla Chai – and well that just knocked my socks off! Such as aromatic tasting and smelling tea, definitely got 10/10.

If you like spiced tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves with a little extra natural sweetness – this little bag is for you. I actually preferred this tea slightly more Indian style with a splash of milk but even black this is a lovely tea! Now the quality of the tea bag itself, was like the normal Twinnings style, not individually package. However the taste made up for it!
