A weekend special post...Tandoori Fish!!
I made Mackerel Tandoori...you can also try Pomfret or Kingfish Tandoori...that would be awesome too.
I got this idea of Tandoori fish from my sister. She told me once that she made tandoori fish, so I thought of giving it a try.
I made some changes to her recipe and tried this version of fish and it was awesome...just like restaurant one!
The preparation time is very less and so is cooking time.
I remember trying tandoori fish and patra in machhi once in an restaurant and was fan of both preparations but the fish they had used was cat fish..so didn't get that Indian flavor to taste.
I found these nice and fresh Mackerels recently so tried many dishes with them. This time I made a tandoori fish, along with it I made steamed Rice,Sol Kadi,White Radish Sabji,Prawns and Radish Curry.

- Adjust the spice level as per your tolerance.
- You can also add garam masala powder to increase spice level.
