Tamilnadu style suzhiyam recipe / suzhiyam recipe - a stuffing put together with cooked channa dal, jaggery, cardamom powder and coconut. This stuffing is made into balls and dipped in a maida, rice flour batter and deep fried in oil. This suzhiyam recipe is a festival recipe particularly people prepare suyyam for Diwali. Medu vadai, suzhiyam and paniyaram is a must included recipe on Diwali feast. I don't have time to post it before Diwali. When plattershare asked me a snacks recipe using their granular jaggery for belly nirvana campaign in association with place of origin. I prepared this traditional snack recipe suzhiyam.

Like making the recipe using idli dosa batter instead of maida batter. But I am sure this Tamilnadu style suzhiyam recipe is my all-time favorite.
