Tam Those Tangles

Tam those Tangles

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great weekend! Today I am writing a post all about tamming those tangles! I have highlighted blonde hair, so I know all about untangling hair after showering. I remember some days it would take me forever to get all the knots out of my hair which is tiring and painful! I've tried many detangler's over the years and have a couple favorites. Even more recently I have purchased THE BEST product for detangling hair. NO joke. This is amazing and I can comb out my entire head of hair in 5 minutes.

Okay so let's get on with it!

Here is the miracle product that I can't believe I only recently purchased. TangleFix Detangling Brush by Goody. I purchased this product from Wallgreens when I was in the states a few weeks ago. I had been looking all over for a detangler brush and could not find one anywhere, so when I went on a trip to the states, I knew I had to purchase this.

It was $10 and has short and long bristles. Before this brush I used a comb to comb out my hair so it was a bit of a change switching to this hand held brush. Super easy to get the hang of though, and it fits perfect in your hand! I also don't have to use any detangler when using this brush. You definitely could, and it would make brushing your hair that much easier but not necessary.

If you don't have a detangling brush, here are some hair detanglers I would recommend.

For some reason where I live, it is sooo hard to find detangler! I can't tell you how many times I've had to resort to buying L'Oreals Kids Detangler (which doesn't work very well on coloured adult hair) because that was the only one my stores carried. My all time favorite detangle is Not Your Mothers Detangling Spray. I have a full review on it which you can read here. I love this detangler, except that it is harder to get a hold of in Canada.

Another detangler that I found was really good is Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition. This was the ONLY detangler I could find at the store but it just happened to be a good one! It smells nice and leaves your hair super soft. It was also really cheap, about $3 and I've seen it at most drugstores and Target.

Do you use a detangler? If so leave me a comment below saying which one! Thanks for reading!Follow: Twitter, YouTube, Instagram
