Scandi singer Fallulah has officially stepped onto the scene, bringing with her the flowery and fierce anthem of addiction, “Dried Out Cities.” This Danish dame’s sultry pop vision is both a seduction and an invention built to last. Giving the loveliest of makeovers to the super similar-sounding Misun, and stepping away from the girl-on-indie genre reminiscent of Lana Del Rey, this chick stands apart from her genre contemporaries, and we’re digging her for it.
With a far-from-shy effervescence and a no-nonsense jab, Fallulah administers to the dome a bolstering attitude of fearlessness, and a potent magnetism to whatever it is she’s giving off. “Dried Out Cities” gets under our skin faster than you can say “POLIÇA meets Florence + the Machine,” and for that, Fallulah has us doing nothing but moving to it.
This gem is must-add for the “too good” list, “on repeat” mix, and “most tasty go-to” sitch. Get in on it.
