Taiwanese Waves Took Over Central Park SummerStage [Photos]

New York’s well-celebrated outdoor summer festival SummerStage diversified its 31st season line up and recently dedicated a full night of music to Taiwan. It was the first time that SummerStage had Taiwanese artists perform on its stage. The show, titled Taiwanese Waves, featured three groups of Taiwanese musicians, including singer songwriter Anpu, rock band Wonfu, and psychedelic rock band Sunset Rollercoaster. Together, they put on a great show at full capacity at Rumsey Playfield, giving New Yorkers an unforgettable night with the unique subtropical romance of Taiwan.
