I've said it before and I don't think it will ever change: I have a love/hate relationship with football. But this post is about the love! The love of the tailgating, the food, the family time and how I love making these super easy and yummy Coca-Cola Shredded Pork BBQ sandwiches.
I started making them this summer, when looking for dinner that wouldn't heat the house given our 100 degree temps outside. It takes 3 ingredients: a can of coke, seasoned pork and barbecue sauce.
This can easily cook overnight for 6-8 hours for a early morning tailgate or throughout the day for a football gathering in your home.
