T07-2026 - BIOVIA Notebook Data Archive Database Upgrade Error on Oracle Database

An issue has been found that affects customers upgrading to Notebook 2026 / 2026 HF1 from a version prior to 2025, using Oracle database. A change in the Notebook database in 2026 release causes the failure of a Data Archive upgrade script introduced in BIOVIA Notebook 2025 Golden.This needs to be corrected by the manual steps herein, otherwise existing Data Archive zones will not be converted to projects and users may not be able to access other users’ data packages as intended.Customers upgrading to Notebook 2026 / 2026 HF1 from 2025 or 2025 SP1 versions are not affected by this issue.
