Syndrome: Colourful Cows

Israeli avant-garde ensemble Syndrome take the DIY approach to another level with their Colourful Cows EP. Besides "old school" instruments like piano and guitar they use Max software to build their own instruments to create their own blend industrial dance rock. It's dark concept album of sorts and their vision of consumerism is pretty bleak. Laibach, Nine Inch Nails and Thot come to mind.

This is not just music, it's an event when experienced live. Visuals are an integral part of their act. A multimedia assault that is a bit much at times, with the surprisingly gentle Exhibition Trial II offering some welcome relief amidst all the mayhem.

Syndrome:
Eric Shlomi: vocals
Amo: guitar, synths
Kiki Kalifa: guitar
Shaltiel Elul: synths & conductor
Gil Zissu: bass guitar
Dima Shchukin: soundman
