Sunday Sundae – Blackberries & Yogurt

Low Fat yogurt with sugar mixed together and spoon into the glasses. Grab a handful of blackberries and using a black of a spoon crush the berries. Spoon the crush berries over the yogurt and add another hand full of berries over the top.

Quick healthy dessert with fresh fruit.
