I finished the book 'Why Men Love Bitches'. This was the second time that I've read it. Most of the advice I already know, but I think I need it drummed into me! I've definitely been a doormat, but hopefully that will change!

My confidence is really improving and I'm much happier with my flatter, less bloated tummy. I even went to the cash machine in just my gym crop top and shorts, which I'd never have previously done.

I'm seriously loving my denim skater dress from Marks and Spencer. Teamed here with a gold lion belt from Warehouse. It's rather short though and was blowing about a bit too much in the wind today!
I wore my mum's ring today. It's beautiful. I had said to my son that it was my mummy's ring and he kept asking where my mommy lived. I was a bit upset and had to try and explain that she wasn't here anymore :-(
