Hey girlies! I hope you are all well! I've been away all week in Manchester with my best friend! I've had literally the best time (despite my phone getting stolen) and feel like i'm still recovering ... Anyway, Sunday is here, and my nan decided it would be nice if we all went over for 'afternoon tea' especially as she's just moved into a new home! (All very exciting!). I thought i'd contribute to the feast, so I dug out some infamous Nigella Lawson recipes, and 'TA-DA' 30 minutes later these beauties pop out the oven! I know you normally associate raspberry muffins with white chocolate, but the truth is; we-just-didn't-have-any. So i had to substitute it with milk instead! Nevertheless, these are the gooiest, fruitiest, yummiest muffins i've ever made! and certainly ones any one could make (regardless of your cooking skills!) I've listed the ingredients below (they're pretty basic), but head over to Nigellas site here for how to make them! I promise it's simple! <3
Ingredients:300 gram(s) plain flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 150 gram(s) golden caster sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 225 ml milk
- 50 gram(s) butter
- 100 gram(s) raspberries (approximately)
- 110 gram(s) white chocolate (approximately)
- muffin cases
Have a lovely Sunday, and enjoy your roasts! I've got lots of posts planned for this week, so watch out! Oh, and don't forget to enter my new GIVEAWAY here!!! xxx
