If you had happened to look in at my kitchen on Monday morning you would have seen me whipping up a storm, more specifically these cupcakes. With the sudden rush of summer weather I felt inspired to make something a little season inspired and what screams of a british summer more than strawberries. To be really honest, they are not much more than the average vanilla cupcake with buttercream on top but I think the addition of the strawberry on top makes them look so much prettier and very summery.
