Summer Essentials

So it is finally Summer (although it hasn't felt like it today) and I thought I would do a quick video sharing with you my essentials for keeping cool in the heat.

PS I should also point out that after filming this video I got sunburn whilst watching my son in his school sports day as I forgot to heed my own advice about sun tan lotion and missed parts of my neck!!!
