This was around the same time Kenya's tourism sector, especially at the Coast, was experiencing a slowdown.

Sultan Palace Beach Retreat is constructed on 43 acres of beach property in South Coast's Kilifi County in the small, serene town of Kikambala. The units, 210 in total on phase one, vary from Sh11 million to Sh80 million thanks to the mixed residential development of apartment blocks and stand-alone mansion units.

To demonstrate the construction's company, China Jiangxi Limited, the development company of Sultan Palace Beach Retreat, constructed 4 classrooms worth Ksh4million for a local school in Kikambala, in less than 3 weeks.

He added: "The community in Kilifi County will continue to benefit from more CSR projects and business activities within the Sultan Palace Beach Retreat development as we edge closer to completing phase one of the project."
