This dress is a great slimming option because of the positioning of the color blocks. Vertical black color blocks anywhere near your hips makes you look instantly 10 pounds thinner. It is an optical illusion, so use it in your favor whenever you can. I love the draping of this dress. I can make it shorter by hiking up the waistline a little (because it has some elastic in it) so I emphasize the smallest part of my waist with an empire waistline. I can also throw it over my bikini on vacation and transition from a chic coverup to a casual evening look. What do you love at SUGARL!PS?
