Develop an Amazing Plan

You need a plan. It doesn’t matter how big or small your goals are. You need a clear-cut, strategic plan to get there.

Don’t worry, strategic doesn’t have to mean complicated.

The first step to creating your strategic plan is to get a clear vision of your future:

  • What does your ideal business look like?
  • Who do you work with?
  • What projects are you working on?
  • How much do you earn?
  • How do you earn that money?

Now create goals around your vision. What needs to be done in order to make your ideal day a reality?

Think of 1-3 Big Picture goals per quarter that will move you forward towards your ideal life. I like to bucket Big Picture goals into 3 categories to make it easier:

  1. Business Goals – projects, programs, etc.
  2. Marketing Goals – what marketing tactics will you be using?
  3. Financial Goals – how much money do you want to make each month & how?

Next, think about the specific tactics that will help you complete your Big Picture goals. These are your Action Steps. Create 3-5 Actions Steps for each Big Goal.

Lastly, plug your Action Steps into a calendar for a week-by-week plan to achieving your Big Picture Goals.
