From Moody Ales out of Port Moody comes their "Sublime Pineapple Hefeweizen". The beer pours a cloudy golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of pineapple, citrus, grain, wheat and yeast. The flavour is of wheat, banana, pineapple, fruity notes, hint of bitterness and a semi sweet finish. The alcohol content comes in at 4.8% with an IBU of 22. This is a great beer for the hot weather of the summer.
