Oh yes, today marks the release of Issues debut self titled album and you can stream in full via the Spotify player below. While this type of music isn't typically something you see on here, I do have a passion for the post hardcore scene. Yet, Issues is more than that as they combine R&B, hip hop, and pop into a package, that while might sound somewhat cheesy, is definitely quite the opposite.
There are some brutal screams, but then some smooth R&B, which goes back and forth between both vocalists (formally of Woe, Is Me). So even if this type of music is not what you are typically into, there are plenty of gems to check out ("Mad At Myself," "Stingray Affliction," "Tears on the Runway," "Disappear"), although I enjoyed the entire record.
