I would like to present you one of my all time favorite smoothie recipes, a refreshing taste of rich sweet selected types of fruit – my strawberry banana peach smoothie. It´s almost too simple to be true, but making good things does´t always mean it has to be complicated. I prefer having it for breakfast, then I sometimes add rolled oats for a richer consistency, as an after workout drink or a snack. On top it´s perfect if you would like to bring along something refreshing, simply add ice cubes and enjoy :)
This is what you will need:
- 1 peach, pitted
- a handful strawberries
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup of orange juice
- ice cubes as needed
- 3 tbs. oats as preferred
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into glasses and serve or keep it cooled.
